Jiangxi Normal University, located in Nanchang, the capital city of Jiangxi Province, China, is a key comprehensive university under the direct administration of the People's Government of Jiangxi Province. It is one of the first batch of universities to be renamed as a "normal university" in China and is also a key provincial university with a long history and profound cultural heritage.

Established in 1908 as the Jiangxi Higher Normal School, the university has a history of over 100 years. It has developed into a large-scale comprehensive university with strong teaching, scientific research, and social service capabilities. The university covers an area of 1,860 acres and has a total floor area of 1.2 million square meters.

Jiangxi Normal University offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including arts, sciences, engineering, education, economics, management, law, literature, history, philosophy, and others.
